Unveiling Abuse

-I earned a Criminal Justice Degree from Rutgers University.
-I served several years in law enforcement, much of which was spent in the “most dangerous city in America” Camden, NJ.
-I saw extensive crime as a police officer and investigated various sensitive offenses as a Special Victims Unit (SVU) detective. I then went on to be promoted to Sergeant where I was presented awards for my involvement within the community.
-During my career, I handled cases such as Kidnapping involving a juvenile, Human Trafficking involving a juvenile, and Aggravated Sexual Assault involving a juvenile.
-With comprehensive interview training, I prided myself on obtaining confessions during interrogations of suspects as the greatest justice I could provide for victims.
-I also spent time as an investigator on the Shooting Response Team and encountered homicides involving even juvenile victims.
-I worked closely with other police agencies to perform sting operations where I purchased narcotics and unveiled prostitution crimes while undercover.
-I am a mother and am involved in my local church.

Why is assault training important for your church?

With a rise of abuse scandals among the religious community, this training should be non-negotiable for bodies of believers. This isn't another church security training, but a deep dive into identifying, handling, and preventing abuse against juveniles in the church, with an emphasis on sexual assault. As we do our due diligence to ensure member safety, let this course help better equip your church to protect the tiniest of sheep and give your parishioners extra peace of mind about their children as they worship.
